Pre-lim call with talent recruiter, and then an intro call with the hiring manager. Each call was fine—friendly and informative. However the communications following the intro call via email was disastrous. There was no follow-up email after 3 weeks, even after chasing twice over email. Poor behaviour for recruitment, even if not successful for this role, it's enough to put you off applying for any future roles.
