Amazing process from start to end. HR was very helpful and transparent. The interviews with the team and business case provided a thorough vision of the team's mission and the role responsibilities.

I wanted to love Spotify, but the interview process left a bad impression on me. Both the hiring manager and recruiter I interviewed separately with, ghosted me after multiple interviews. It's a shame too because the recruiter initially was very communicative and even mentioned I could go to them with any questions/concerns. Well, zero response or update on my candidacy after the 2nd interview, never even received a rejection email. Super disappointing and unprofessional behavior coming from such a large company that prides itself on communication & transparency. Now that I look back, the interview itself was very unstructured and the interviewers were not adequately prepared with solid questions.
