I worked with an internal recruiter for the interview - went to the final round and never heard anything back. Super unprofessional, I even followed up for any updates, as long as I received an email back I would've understood but absolutely no response after the final round, very disappointed.

I was contacted by the recruiter 2 weeks after applying. Got past the phone screen and first round of interviews. Just before the third round, the recruiter contacted me to let me know that they eliminated the junior position I had originally applied for and instead they only needed a senior position. Because they thought I was a strong candidate, they told me they still wanted me to interview for the senior position. Felt like the interview went pretty well but then received a rejection email about a week later explaining that they had decided to move forward with candidates with more years of experience.
Ultimately quite unfair in the grand scheme of things to change the position half way into the interview process. Felt like they only allowed me to do the third round because it had been already scheduled before the role change.

There were a lot of steps in the process, but it was overall fairly quick considering. The HR team did a great job of communicating and keeping me up to date on my status.
