Overall the process was quick and painless. Step 1: phone screen with Hr Step 2: another person from hr set up interviews Step 3: interviewed over google hangout video chats with 5 different people. The interviews were each 30 min long and I spoke to everyone individually Step 4: hr contacted me 2 days after the last interview to make an offer Each interview was great. The people were nice, candid and easy to talk to. The entire process took exactly 3 weeks.
