My resume was passed on by a current employee. A recruiter reached out to me 3-4 weeks after that (figured I had been disqualified by this point). Recruiter wanted to set up some time to chat over the phone .. She was very nice but did not specify that it was a video chat so I had to figure that out when she sent the video conference link. Not hard to figure out but she said phone chat so I figured it was just over the phone. Interview with the recruiter was simple ... basic questions about my experience, weaknesses, strengths.. what I am looking for in a new position, how I like the culture of my current job etc. Said they would reach out to me in a week or so but heard back from HR the next day about the next step. Had another skype interview with someone from the team. Thought it went very well but I was not offered a job. Good experience nonetheless. Would have preferred they had me come to the office for the second interview.

Initial interview with the recruiter and second one with the team members. It took about a month from the day I got my first interview invitation till getting officially rejected.
