Started by being told by one of their staff to wait by a door to the left. I did so but there was no sign or indication I was in the right area and nobody guided me there either. I ended up waiting there for 20 minutes and assumed I was in the wrong area but as I was considering leaving or asking someone if I was in the right place, the manager comes out. A fifteen minute delay with no communication after I arrived early as well already felt unprofessional but then to get no apology, explanation or anything... Another interviewee was waiting for after me as well because they took so long! During the interview there was a lack of eye contact or authentic attention so I already felt quite dismissed or unacknowledged; it truly felt like they couldn't be bothered.

There was not really an interview process. It was an invite to interview and then a casual conversation. We just talked about my interests, and then the hours I would be available.
