After two rounds of interviews, Hiring managers were impressed by experience and knowledge I have. But told me I’ve been put on hold till they interview other candidates. They put me on hold for 3 months and never responded to my emails. For Second role, cleared phone screen and virtual interview. Hiring manager said he would invite me on-site to meet director of the department and team members. I reached out to him after one week and was told no availability due to Christmas and holiday season. And then ghosted me.
