I applied in May for a position of senior backend engineer in Milan. I attended the first step (technical interview) after a couple of week from my application and I received good feedback from the interview after more than one month. The second step was an interview with HR lead. I passed successfully also the interview with the HR and they said is going to prepare the job offer. After more than one month (beginning of July) where I was waiting for the offer I solicited and they said that the position has been withdrawn. Not one of my best experience at all.
