Two phone calls, one with the Operations Manager, one with a branch manager. Typical PM questions: Prioritization, communication, and organization skills are what they wanted to hear about. Two or three weeks later I was onboarding and getting ready to take over some projects.

Applied online and heard from HR within a few days. Had a 15 minute screening interview with HR and then had a interview with the hiring manager and two other operations managers. Discussed the project team, types of projects, and my experience as a PM.
