Online application through their career site, was relatively simple and straightforward. Next was a mobile phone application game that can supposedly characterise your working behaviour and strengths etc. They'll send you a report once you've completed it. Next was the assessment centre which only included a group task and a 2 to 1 strengths-based interview.
