30-minute interview at my school in Chicago, with one HR person from the CEO Program Office and a current participant in the program. I had only one interview, with other 10 people being interviewed on the same day.

3 rounds. I went through all the rounds but did not get any offer. All rounds were one versus two. HR is important and has a lot to say in the end. Division ceo needs obviously to be convinced. Last round always takes place in Germany. Siemens is a German Company that tries to internationalise its managing chiefs.
