I got a phone interview one day during class, the hiring manager left a voicemail. I returned the call and he asked some basic questions about my academics and his department. He asked if I am interested in working with the department. I said yes of course, then he said HR will contact me for a in-person interview. Got an email a couple days later for an interview, which was scheduled about a week later. In person interview was a panel.

On campus interview, they called an hour before to offer me the interview, so I had no time to prepare. This may have worked in my favor, I passed my first interview round and was given my second interview later that afternoon. I liked how quickly they were with the process, and within a week I had been offered the job.

I applied online and several weeks passed before I received a call from a recruiter. The call was to schedule an interview the following week. The interview was 2 on 1 and consisted of many questions about previous work experience and knowledge with computer applications. The interview seemed to have gone well, although it did feel rather short. I was told I'd be getting a call back but never did.
