I was first contacted through e-mail in regards to a phone interview request. I decided to pursue and then about a week and half after my phone interview,I got a call for in person interviews. The interview day/time was not flexible due to someone flying from out of town to interview. I met with the hiring manager, the HR Midwest Director, and a branch manager.

Three interviews: Hiring Manager, one over Hiring Manager and Hiring Manager's Peer. I was first contacted by the recruiter who scheduled and interview for a future date. When I arrived for the interview, the hiring manager met me in the lobby and took me back to their office. A behavioral interview commenced. Following the interview, the hiring manager informed me I would be brought back to meet with their manager and peer and walked me back to lobby. I came back for the second time to interview with the hiring manager's boss and peer. More behavioral based interviews. The next day, I was contacted by the hiring manager with a verbal offer. The written letter arrived in them mail shortly after along with instructions for drug testing and required information to run the background check.
