J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Siemens (Beltsville, MD) en nov. 2010
Entretien
I originally was called by the manager and we set up a phone interview for an internship. I did not receive an offer at that time, but I called back when I was nearing graduation and they had me come in for an interview. I was interviewed by three or four of the engineers working there. I was asked the general questions but the questions that stood out were, "How to find the current flowing through this circuit diagram" and "How would you heat this room? Show me."

Interviewed at Career Fair, was a direct recruit/hire out of school. First interview team was two people, second Interview team was extensive (5 team members), and the questions were thorough about your engineering understanding of systems. Overall was nerve-wracking but the interviewers were nice.

I went to a staffing agency event with a recruiting company. They had two mangers there screening applicants and taking resumes. Two weeks later I was called for a phone interview followed by an in person interview a couple days later. I was offered the job on the spot and started after the background check came back.
