Contacted position recruiter and mentioned my qualifications and interest. Was asked to submit resume. Spoke with hiring manager a week later and then flew out to meet 1:1 and with other managers too. Scheduled 2 hours to meet with everyone. Usual 'tell me about yourself' questions and also technical and management knowledge. Got back to me that week with decision.

Typical Interview with the regional manager - discussed past experiences, various customer scenarios and why I wanted to join Siemens. Very good interview and the manager seemed genuinely interested and sincere. Progressed to a third in person and Teams interview with National/Global Manager which also went very well- then, Ghosted despite numerous follow up emails and status requests

The interview process is thorough, consisting of a series of behavioral questions and you have to give a sales presentation. Expect to talk through your c.v and previous work experience examples.
