I applied online for the sales and management training program and was contacted by a recruiter two days later. She had me apply to another district and scheduled a phone interview with me. She then had me schedule a store visit at a nearby location the following week. A few days later I had a follow-up interview with the recruiter and she scheduled the final interview with the district manager and city manager a few days later. They contacted me the next day and told me they decided not to hire me for the sales and management training program, but they offered me a full time position which I would have accepted had the location been closer to my house.

Asked fairly straightforward questions. Asked questions about physical labor and relocation. Seemed like recruiter was reading off a script and did not know much about the role. Wanted a store visit after interview was complete.
