Phone interview was well structured, they spoke about the company, the position and its details, they asked me about my management and customer service experience before discussing compensation. They then asked me situational questions and discussed next steps.

Asked fairly straightforward questions. Asked questions about physical labor and relocation. Seemed like recruiter was reading off a script and did not know much about the role. Wanted a store visit after interview was complete.

Very straight forward interview process. Two phone screens each around 15 minutes. A few "tell me about a time" question. Interviewers were very kind and did not make the interview seem intimidating what so ever. Instead it felt more like a conversation.
