First you get a phone interview, then a face to face. It's a typical interview, but here is the best advice I can give you... ASK to see the commission plan that YOU will be getting. The man that interviewed me showed me a commission plan from the year before and led me to believe it would be the same, this was a LIE, not a mistake, a LIE!

2-3 interviews. More demanding and selective than should be for this level of pay. The interviewers act like this is some sort of dream job that is selective. It is far from that.

Multiple phone interviews and video interview, long on-boarding and multiple required tasks to complete before even being hired and on payroll. Far too in-depth for a job with such a low salary and low level of quality and position type.
