Was booked in for an interview for 1 hour, I had a train ride if 5 hours to get there. They only saw me for 20 mins, asked me no technical questions even though I had spent ages preparing. They had already decided their minds and did give me the time or day or bother me giving me time discuss the value I could add. I felt like they waste my time, if they wanted a general none technical chat they could have had a teams interview and not wasted my time and theirs.

Entretien
After almost a month of applying for the position, I was invited to a virtual interview via HiringView. This is an app that records your answers on video, within 9 minutes you need to answer 3 questions (3 minutes for each). After successfully passing this stage, I was invited to a personal interview (online or offline, depending on your location).
All stages took place within two months. The recruiter quickly responded and helped with any unclear questions.
