I applied online in February, did online cognitive assessments, one way video interviews, and a 90 minute video interview with 2 hiring managers (including a business case exercise). The hiring managers were great. They had relevant and specific interview questions. They also made the time to communicate rejection with constructive feedback through a call, which I appreciated a lot. The interview was not "easy" but it was definitely more of a conversation than an interrogation. The recruiters are unorganised. The information session happened after some people had already done their interviews, and I did not receive an agenda for my interview until after it had already happened (ie. I did not know I would be expected to do a business case during the interview). The recruiters also called me to remind me about my interview a few days after it had already happened, and did not have answers to basic questions about the compensation and benefits package. Considering how much time you have to invest in all of the various stages and how long it takes recruiters to move between stages, Sanofi is quite selfish with your time. The attitude of the hiring managers is a saving grace.
