Had 3 rounds total of interview- one round with HR, then Hiring manager, followed by a panel interview and one last interview with another colleague. They move very fast and are very proactive.

My interview experience for a role at Opella, with the process conducted by Sanofi recruiters, was ultimately frustrating due to the lack of follow-up and closure after the final stage. The recruitment process included multiple rounds: an HR interview, a business case based on a real operational scenario, a presentation with the hiring manager, and a final conversation with a global leader. A considerable amount of preparation and time was required throughout the process. However, after the final interview, all communication stopped, which proved to be very unprofessional.

~quatre étapes, premièrement un discussion avec le recruteur, puis parler avec chef d'équippe, puis presenter un cas, et enfin, parler avec les reste de l'équippe. le recruteur était professionel et transparent, a fourni des commentaires quand je n'étais pas réussi.
