Entretien
It was a 4 round interview: recruiter screen, hiring manager, panel discussion, and final interview with hiring manager. Overall interview process expected to understand technical and cultural fit with the team. Interviewers asked questions about background, some behavioral questions, and explained the expectations as a co-op.
It was very easy to manage, and they were very straightforward with their expectations. They were enthusiastic about the candidates and they were responsive within a quick timeframe. Did not ghost candidates.
