I was contacted by a Sanofi recruiter and then set up with an initial phone screen with recruiter, I was then set up with a phone screen with hiring manager, Virtual panel interview with 2 other managers that went very well, Virtual interview with AVP. It was a long process and I went very far all the way to the final. Unfortunately the company did a restructuring and the position was not being filled. I was never notified or received a phone call. As a candidate that went as far as I did I was extremely disappointed that I did not receive a phone call or follow up. I was left hanging. I eventually received a generic email. Fast forward the position was reposted about 6 months later and I was not even considered. Just crazy

I had 4 total interviews (Began early April & Received offer late May) Initial Screening Hiring Manager Interview Hiring Manager & Sales Rep Manager & Sales Rep (Different Division) All virtual! Overall, it was a pleasant interview process as compared to some of the other Pharma companies I interviewed with before.
