I was contacted by a Sanofi recruiter and then set up with an initial phone screen with recruiter, I was then set up with a phone screen with hiring manager, Virtual panel interview with 2 other managers that went very well, Virtual interview with AVP. It was a long process and I went very far all the way to the final. Unfortunately the company did a restructuring and the position was not being filled. I was never notified or received a phone call. As a candidate that went as far as I did I was extremely disappointed that I did not receive a phone call or follow up. I was left hanging. I eventually received a generic email.
Fast forward the position was reposted about 6 months later and I was not even considered. Just crazy

All virtual! Overall, it was a pleasant interview process as compared to some of the other Pharma companies I interviewed with before.

Entretien
Interviewed with hiring manager over the phone. Interview was originally scheduled for 30 minutes, and we talked for over an hour so I thought it went very well and that I would be getting a face to face interview.
Never received a phone call back or response to my email thanking the hiring manager for their time. Weeks later received automated email indicating that the position had been filled.
I followed up with the hiring manager via email to get some feedback, but never received a response.
