Interviewed for the position almost three months ago. Was then offered a lower position as well as less pay than what I currently receive despite having the qualifications listed in the job description. When I asked about why I was offered a lower position, I was told I would be called back with a response. Almost three months later and I was never given a reason or response to the position. Was given the run around since March when I initially applied for the position. Extremely unprofessional organization and very disappointing experience.

Recruiter takes a whole month to get back to me after my initial confirmation. Says he was on vacation for two weeks and then took another two weeks to catch up on his emails. Seriously?! When he spoke on the phone he liked to drone on. Said he only needed two minutes of my time and proceeds to take eight minutes just by hearing himself talk. When I finally get to the actual Zoom interview no one shows up. I text/email/call and no one replies. In another Zoom interview I wasn't give the passcode so I had to email the interviewer for a separate Zoom link. The company said they would get back to me about rescheduling and never did. I finally reached out to them and asked if I can reschedule and they said they want to pursue other candidates. To be honest I didn't want to work with them either at that point, but I felt like I should at least reach out to them and see what's up first. I regret not turning them down first.
