Entretien
As usual. First screening interview, like everywhere else, then on site interview with several prospective managers. Each one had his or her particular style. Then a few weeks of total silence, and when you think they forgot about you, you may get a call with an offer. The recruiters are fairly bad at communicating with the candidates. Don't take it personally, it wasn't you or anything you did, they do that to everyone, even internal candidates.

Give examples of projects where you worked, how did you resolve conflict, what went right and what went wrong, etc.
Straightforward experience, clear next steps, spoke to HR for screening, then the hiring manager, and then the team leaders. Everyone was friendly and answered my questions. Spanned about 4 weeks
