Referred by an employee, get a phone Interview after a few days and after that called to have a face to face interview with your future supervisor and hr, then get an offer after few days via email. Very straightforward due employee referral.

Decent expereince , didnt get shortlisted in the frist round but they scheduled another interview technical round 2 after the selection process completed and interview was about 40 mins and the experience was good friendly conversation
There are 2 rounds in the process
First is an online interview with the hiring manager
Second is an onsite interview consisting of multiple sub rounds - Technical, HR and presentation.
It was pretty smooth , straight to the point, behavioral and technical question to know the candidate's past experiences , skill sets and expertise. Need to know the companies history, basic background like motto, projects, CEO
