I was contacted by the recruiter at the company asking me for times and days to get together to speak. I was very excited. I responded a few times with dates/times and heard nothing. I reached out to another recruiter via LinkedIn who indicated that the role in question was moved from the recruiter who reached out to me to another. I reached out to follow up with that other recruiter and heard nothing back. I reached out to who I believe was the head of Talent Acquisition to let them know about the situation and heard nothing. I have been on both sides of hiring for a lot of years and have NEVER seen this behavior.
