Entretien
Really positive interviewing day experience, processed expenses including overnight stay and travel. Food provided, very personable staff and great to see whole company involvement. Not a fan of the video interview process beforehand but not so bad as they go.
Had to complete a presentation on the roles and responsibilities of a CAM -- very poor communication from the HR team regarding this as it turns out they use Google suite rather than Microsoft office (which is standard) so my presentation was a little messed up in formatting -- this would have been an easy fix to communicate and is very offputting when trying to present.
Group task was daunting but again staff and other applicants were great in this-- had to design a product/ service based on 3 random words and sell it to the interviewers.
Feedback process was not great as after all that effort had a generic rejection email -- contacted the interviewers on LinkedIn and there turned out to be an internal communication issue and they ended up sending me loads of really great feedback and were very apologetic for the issue.

Question 1
When have you fought for something you thought was(n't) right?
It was a video interview. I was sent a link to conduct the interview and told that I had week to do it. I was able to practice beforehand and do the interview on my own time, which was great.
