Mostly behavioural questions. Not much emphasis into academic background, mostly asking past internship experiences. Little to none technical questions overall. As long as you’re showing ability as a fast learner you should be good

Describe a time where you have to make a difficult decision?
It was a one way video assessment. I was given 90 second prep time and 2 retries. Overall i was asked 5 questions regarding my personal qualities and what i understood about the role.
HR interviewed, asked about very general questions (why Roche, why this role, my previous experiences), moved to the next round with hiring manager. Got a little more technical and asked my previous experiences a bit more

I was asked to prepare a 20 minute presentation for the interview. On interview I was then asked to deliver it in 10 minutes instead, to see how I could manage that stressful situation.
