J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. J'ai passé un entretien chez Roche (Tucson, AZ) en août 2023
Entretien
The interview process is "casual" meaning there are rarely any technical questions asked and it doesn't seem standardized (meaning, I don't believe every person interviewing for the role at the time receives the same questions- I could be wrong). To really get into Roche in Tucson its by referral or if you know someone- they really don't look that closely at the resumes coming in from the outside unless you apply as a contractor, even then, its pretty much the same. So take your time to find someone who can help bring you in. If they are actively seeking people from the outside for roles usually they fill those with contractors or you will see the job advertised for longer than a week or two. If its up for longer than 2 weeks its probably not a job you want so you should simply anticipate it being a really rough position (that is why no one else wants it) or it may be a very new title.

All good and comfortable. Slightly longer process. Nice people. Travel compensated. Although it took a long time. The process takes atleast 4 months. Be technically prepared. All in all-good but very slow.

Neutral because the interview went very well. The managers genuinely wanted to get to know me and understand my strengths. What I didn’t appreciate was that they moved on to the second stage with other candidates without informing me, so I ended up waiting four weeks for their response, only after following up twice.
First round interview was a series of videos response and written response questions. Each video could be re-recorded three times with a couple of minutes between each question to figure out a response.
