The overall interview process had a relaxed and positive vibe. The hiring manager seemed approachable and took the time to go over your resume, showing interest in what you had to say. They were willing to listen to your responses, which helped create a comfortable atmosphere.
It was a one way video assessment. I was given 90 second prep time and 2 retries. Overall i was asked 5 questions regarding my personal qualities and what i understood about the role.
HR interviewed, asked about very general questions (why Roche, why this role, my previous experiences), moved to the next round with hiring manager. Got a little more technical and asked my previous experiences a bit more

Entretien
I was asked to prepare a 20 minute presentation for the interview. On interview I was then asked to deliver it in 10 minutes instead, to see how I could manage that stressful situation.
