first i was called by hr department, asking me several simple questions to see whether my basic background is appropriate. then i was arranged to give a presentation at a panel interview, followed by one to one meeting with the recruiting manager.

Long process but good contact with people present, really take the time.

Phone screening with recruiter, followed by phone screening with hiring manager within a week. Met with hiring manager a total of 3 times before decision made to move forward with Director meeting. Offer extended within 8 weeks.
