Entretien
First interview was a brief phone call with HR, then about a 30 minute phone call with the hiring manager. After that was a 4 hour interview with the team and management on site. They gave a brief tour of the lab. Told me they would contact me within about a week and that I was a great candidate and then ghosted me. I had to send a email to the hiring manager two weeks later. Very unprofessional.

1. Why did you apply? Where do you see yourself in 3-5 years? 2. Some technical questions about DNA testing and some questions about my resume. 3. In depth questions about PCR. More questions about resume. When was a time you investigated deeper into something? How do you handle down time at work?

All good and comfortable. Slightly longer process. Nice people. Travel compensated. Although it took a long time. The process takes atleast 4 months. Be technically prepared. All in all-good but very slow.

Neutral because the interview went very well. The managers genuinely wanted to get to know me and understand my strengths. What I didn’t appreciate was that they moved on to the second stage with other candidates without informing me, so I ended up waiting four weeks for their response, only after following up twice.
First round interview was a series of videos response and written response questions. Each video could be re-recorded three times with a couple of minutes between each question to figure out a response.
