Four rounds of interviews, first with dedicated Talent attraction team member, second with hiring manager, third a technical one with a tentative team member, and the last one with the hiring manager boss. It was an interesting process, with one in person interview and the others virtual. I think that all the interviewers need to be very prepared in advance which was not the case for the technical one.

Interview process was good, and the questions asked by the interviewer were average and not difficult. The issue was they already had a chosen candidate so other interviewee(s) was interviewed due to the company policy (for a comparison purposes).
