The first step was to complete an online application form with a CV and cover letter. The next stage was an on-demand online video interview to be completed within a week. It consisted of three questions, with its focus solely being to learn more about your motivations in regards to the company and the role itself. I didn't make it to the final stage, which would have been an assessment centre at the site located in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire. In terms of the time length of the process, I applied on January 10th, and I was invited to complete an interview on February 27th. Despite the assessment centre being planned to take place near the end of March, it took until April 14th to receive a response regarding my application.
