NIce and gracious, they were pleasant but formal. Asked many questions and tried a bit to downgrade the job. Interview many cadidates so very competitive. The questions were fair and as can be expected.

First was with general competitor pool, enquiring about technical competence.
Second was with direct supervisor, to gauge cultural and temperament fit plus assess salary expectations

Poor communication from the company , no acknowledgement of the online application. Two phone interview was conducted and the date for face to face interview was to be announced and suddenly the HR informed I don't meet the requirements for the job
