Recruter was not fully concentrated during the interview (via google hangout). She did not apply the classic recrutement process but focused mainly on your "weaknesses" ?!!! no real questions on your added value. Feel depressed after the interview and not considered.

Why did you quit that job? and that job? Up to you, what is your weakness point concerning that position? What is your definition of structured? what is your definition of integrated? Nice = floppy word, extent your vocabulary she said?!!!
