Relatively long, can last about 5 hours. Normally serveral interviews:
1.Introduction with potentional line manager
2. Interview with head of department
3. Interview with potential colleagues of the position
4. Interview with HR partner and potential line manager
5.Wrap up with potential line manager
A lunch/coffee break is often included to interact and get to know the team in a more casual way
