First there was a phone interview with the HR recruiter which was professional, informative and enjoyable, made me excited to participate in the second round. The second round was in person with my future team leader and the recruiter who conducted the phone interview. A lot of situational/HR related questions (e.g. what kind of person do you enjoy working with, what was an accomplishment you are proud of, the usual ones)There was also detailed discussion about your past experiences and education. Overall very good impressions and I got detailed and honest answers to my questions and a lot of information about the company. Offer came very soon, 2 days I think.
