The phone interview consisted of both personal and technical questions and took about 45 minutes. I have the impression that the interviewer was trying to understand the characteristics and personality of the candidate.
The face to face interview also consisted of two parts: personal skill and technical skill. On the technical skill section, the questions were very specific and the candidate was expected to answer as concise as possible. The interviewer asked for examples and solutions.

Got interview in a couple of days and it was only one round with competency-based questions for around 1 hr. 2 people interviewed. got the result on the same day. started job within 10 days of the interview.
