Met with different senior stakeholders in the team including the hiring manager. Three rounds in total and was mainly around culture fit and background. All interviews were done online as I was out the country. Very smooth process.
The interview was quick, it was an onsite interview. It had 3 stages of meetings, casual with the head, manager and senior consultant were technical. Focused on motivation and setting expectations regarding the role. It is a sales role more than a recruiter role.
