Had three interviews, one with the internal recruiter and two with the general managers. Very standard interview questions, they really want to know about your personality and work mindset. Since I had experience in the manufacturing sales field, I was interview for a position as a recruiter in the manufacturing field. They’re probably looking for bright and chatty people, I’m kind of shy so I don’t think Im fit for this job

The interview process was smooth, with four rounds involving different team members and senior leaders. Most interactions were positive and friendly. The final interview with the CEO felt slightly awkward, as the discussion around career tenure did not fully account for the impact of COVID lockdowns and global layoffs, which have affected many professionals.

Interviewed a few years ago, it was a long interview process I think I met 6-7 people?
On one of the last interview, they did a cold-calling test which was interesting.
4/5 times interview with different managers, role play and meet directors. Wants to see your communication style and approach. Will ask trick questions to test commitment and also if you can work under pressure.
