Straightforward enough. Were looking for someone specifically from my school and program, and cared more about the right attitude than previous experience. Had two rounds of interviews; one in English then one in French. Was fairly easy and pleasant.

A lot of e-mails and phone calls. They were always gently and available to speak with me, I had the opportunity to speak with HR and then with Sales Managers, which make everything more faster and reliable.
