Interview lasted just over half an hour. Consisted of general retail questions, along with personal questions. At the end, I had to roleplay with the assistant manager about a customer interaction. Manager and rest of staff were very friendly and easy to talk to. I got a call the same day offering me the position.

I had an initial telephone interview that lasted for about 10 minutes. They asked me about myself, what competitors Rituals have, and what good customer service looks like. I was then invited to an in person interview. They asked more detailed questions about how would I handle different situations with customers, times where I had showed ownership and initiative. I was asked to sell a product to the interviewer, I chose a hand cream. I explained the texture and the scent. Then, we had a more general conversation about my hobbies.
