Like most in mining. The processes and questions are generally the same across most large mining organisations. This consisted of an online test then 3 face to face and virtual meetings.

Interview was professional and I felt that the team asked relevant questions that were aimed at finding the best candidate for the position. Feedback from the interview was positive. The team was also flexible to arrange the interview at a suitable time for all parties.
