I applied via Indeed. The process was very straightforward, didn't really look for call center experience. interview and training were both done on site at the time, back in 2018.
I have since interview for other roles, they follow a STAR method/format.

Entretien
It was a well organized thorough interview. The questions weren't always easy but well needed. I felt like the interviewer was diligent in her process. She made me want to be apart of the team and, allowed me to see the process and how things operated in the company.
