The process is pretty standard, the initial call was with the internal recruiter, the second one was with the hiring manager. Hiring Manager's attitude was completely off. She called a couple of minutes late, looked for a meeting room during our call, then she asked only 2 questions in a very disingenuous and robotic way. When I asked a question, she repeated what she said earlier instead of trying to understand what I actually said. The impression I got was either it's a very stressful and busy environment or she was just having a bad day. I have never had such a negative interview experience in my life and don't plan to interview with that company again.

Entretien
Phone call with recruiter and hiring manager then got invited on-site. Met with the entire team 1:1.
The interview wasn’t very hard because my skill set matches perfectly with the job responsibilities. I enjoyed talking to the team but they are still new and setting up organization structure so there are a lot of uncertainties.
Though they have been acquired by Amazon for some time now, the office space looks very worn out and from what I got from the team, it doesn’t sound like the merging process has been successful.
It feels like the work environment would be chaotic but I was going to accept because I liked the managers and teammates I spoke with.
However, the recruiter was not communicating very well in the process and compensation is very inflexible. The recruiter had to handle so many job postings that he would occasionally mistaken me as some other candidates for other roles during phone conversations.
I decided to decline mostly because of the compensation but the recruiting process could use some improvement and professionalism.

Phone interview with internal recruiter. This guy rescheduled 5 minutes before and then was 10 minutes late to the interview he rescheduled. Didn't give me any feedback on if they want to move forward or not. I messaged twice and still didn't get an answer. Very poor process and communication.
