I applied via the website, 3 days later I had a telephone call from Scott Coupland who screened me over the phone, discussing my experience and understanding. 2 days later, I received another call from Scott inviting me to a face to face interview which was held at the Bristol office. I met Corinne here for the interview and she asked me to write a short report based on the image I was presented with. I was then interviewed by Corinne and the Local Operations Manager, this lasted about 45 minutes and was informative, I felt at ease and answered questions based around the job and previous experience. 1 week later, I was invited to a field day, this is for applicants to go out with a technician to see how Rentokil operate. Again, this was a great insight into the company. I then returned back to the office for a chat with Corinne and LOP. 1 day later, I was offered the job!
