The process starts with an online assessment involving competency based questions along with a mock phone call and video recording of your customer service skills. The next stage involves a phone call talking more about the role and answering basic eligibility questions. Afterwards you have a lengthy video call with the local management team to go into further detail about your history and skills. Final stage is a going out field for a couple hours to get a hands on talk with a technician. The whole recruitment team (Christian, Amy, Claire) were exceptional and made the experience more grounded and friendly. Also thanks to the technician Ben for the great insight into the job.

My interview process went very smoothly and efficiently. I must give all the credint to Christian as well as claire for their kindness and all their work to make this process as stress free and easy as possible. The first interview over the ohone is a very crucial part which will test the basics of your knowledge of the company and the job before advancing. 2nd interview was in person and essentially a more detailed version of the first interview to test your knowledge and engagement while also meeting face to face.
