It was a long process, about a month but super thorough. The HR team was so great and communicate doing every step of the way! I even connected with my to be manager multiple times during the process, Everyone was so kind and none of the interviews felt like an interview,

All the questions were "Tell me about a time..." so I made sure to have specific answers.

Entretien
Multiple repetitive rounds held consecutively with stakeholders with variating biases or conflicts with the prospective team. Each round lasts over an hour and burns you out after few rounds. You are also not aware of the decision making/influencing power each stakeholder has. Feedback from HR after decision is lacking any clarity.
Questions are generic with HR, for example, questions like Why do you want to work at Remitly? What is your notice period? What is you salary expectation, etc? You can ask questions in the end as well.

Received a task to do, asked for a clarification, didn't receive. The next stage was to present the task after checking. The checking wasn't done, the task was done incorrect.
